Simon Craig
Simon Craig is an experienced comedy writer working across a variety of genres: panel shows, comedy entertainment, game shows, sketch, prank, and factual entertainment.
Simon recently spent two years living and working in LA, where he wrote on major network shows for talent like Alec Baldwin, Anthony Anderson and Leslie Jones. While out there, he also wrote and illustrated two children’s books, and launched an animated nursery rhyme channel on YouTube.
The previous Head of Development at Talkback, Simon has an excellent grasp of programme format and tone, and is adept at adapting his style for comic / host talent. He also possesses expert Photoshop skills, which have regularly been employed by shows requiring visual punchlines to gags.
Simon is more than well equipped for gag-writing, VO punch-ups, host links, sketches, development ideas and pitches… as well as funny digital marketing & advertising copywriting.
