A hugely talented rising star” (Jokes On Us), sharp storyteller Naomi Cooper has performed across Europe, and in 2017 supported Curb Your Enthusiasm’s Jeff Garlin for the entirety of his extended sold-out run at the Soho Theatre, after he hailed her as “a comedy badass.”

In 2018 Naomi opened for Jeff again at the Improv in Hollywood and the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles, and in June 2022 she will be supporting him on his No Device Connected European tour.

In 2020, Naomi was a finalist in the Funny Women Stage Awards. She is the creator of popular online character Philippa, the yummy-mummy you love to hate, and recently gained rave reviews performing as her at the Vaudeville Theatre in London’s West End. (“Blisteringly funny,” – The Reviews Hub). A sitcom based around the character, written by Naomi, has been optioned and is currently in development with Goat Films.

Naomi has appeared at several prestigious international festivals including the Edinburgh Festival, the Utrecht International Comedy Festival, the Leicester Comedy Festival, Ireland’s Electric Picnic, Lost Village and many others. Naomi is also an accomplished improviser and was the first female finalist of C Venue's Improvaganza at the Edinburgh Festival. She was a founding company member of improv troupe ImproBabble who had a residency with the Leicester Square Theatre from 2010 to 2012.

Naomi trained at Bretton Hall, specialising in classical acting, and graduating with a BA (Hons) in Acting. As an actor she has performed at acclaimed venues such as the Trafalgar Studios, the West Yorkshire Playhouse and in London’s West End.
