Shenoah Allen is a cult comedy hero known for his sharp wit, elastic face, unflinching honesty, and keen observations about life on the edge. With his groundbreaking and frequently emulated double act, Pajama Men (dubbed "The Velvet Underground of comedy" by The Guardian), he has garnered over a dozen comedy awards at festivals worldwide including the coveted Barry Award at Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
Shenoah’s highly anticipated new stand-up show, "Bloodlust Summertime," is set to tour globally in 2024. Simultaneously, "Sunlight," a new film directed by Nina Conti, from a screenplay written by Shenoah Allen with Nina, is preparing to hit the international film festival circuit. Both Conti and Allen take on starring roles in the film, with Christopher Guest serving as an Executive Producer.
Shenoah’s original work has been presented in esteemed venues around the world including London’s West End, Chicago's Steppenwolf and Second City, St. Anne’s Warehouse in New York, The Sydney Opera House, The Fringe Club in Hong Kong, The Largo in Los Angeles, and numerous other clubs, pubs, theaters, and festivals worldwide. He is a regular fixture at the Edinburgh Fringe and London’s Soho Theatre. Shenoah is also an accomplished writer, having penned commissioned screenplays and television pilots for HBO, BBC, Film4, Paramount, and Scott Free. He has collaborated extensively with directors such as Paul King ("Mighty Boosh," "Wonka") and James Bobin ("Flight of the Conchords," “Muppets”). Additionally, Shenoah is an actor for television, film, and voiceover, with credits including "Ironbark," "Breaking Bad," "Sick of It," "Gameface," and the beloved video game "Lego Marvel Superheroes 2." Shenoah recently directed and co-wrote the script for the hit stage production “Peter Pan’s Labyrinth,” a psychedelic, drag rampage that sold out for three consecutive months at The Vaults in London. His directing portfolio includes serving as the movement director for “Spring Awakening” at the Young Vic and helming a comedy special for Nish Kumar for Soho Theatre Live. Currently, Shenoah is immersed in crafting a new screenplay. He also co-hosts the podcast "Richard and Greta," an unconventional love advice show with Nina Conti, produced by Little Wander.
